All shipping costs are paid by the customer. Orders will be shipped in 2-5 days on receipt of your order. Allow 2-7 days (depending on your location) for delivery. We ship UPS Ground. Certain items will be sent U.S. Postal Service/Priority mail. Other methods, i.e., UPS 3-day Select, must be requested. No COD's.
We accept Visa/MC/AmEx/Disc as payment, or you can prepay via check, cashier's check or money order. Allow for check clearance before order is shipped. Customers paying by check or money order must call first so shipping charges can be included in their check. No orders will be processed without shipping charges.
Return Policy: Since we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, it is recommended you check over your order upon receipt. Please contact us immediately for return authorization should you need to return or exchange any items. Any such items must be returned as new and unused to receive an exchange. Additional shipping charges are the customers responsibility.
Please note that any item on your invoice marked as "back ordered" (BO column) will need to be re-ordered. We do not carry these items over to the next order.
